I've downloaded the program, but how do I get the file full of photos to go to the resizer? I don't want to resize photo by photo.

The software supports batch processing. As you can see in the image below, there are 3 images that I added them from my desktop with a simple drag and drop. Locate the images, then drag and drop them into the program's interface in step 1 and you should see the thumbnails of those pictures.
